Once an order is placed, it will go into production within 2-3 days.

If you would like a proof of your sign, please let me know and I will have one within 2 business days of order placed. Please check your messages or your email. You may need to check the spam folder. If there are any changes or corrections to be made, please let us know ASAP. Your sign will go into production in 2-3 days after the proof is sent, regardless if you answer or not. 


After item is shipped, we cannot refund, BUT please contact me if you are unhappy with your order. My number one priority is customer service!
